The Continuing Education and E-Learning Centre (CEEC), IUT and Standing Committee for Scientific and Technological Cooperation (COMSTECH), OIC jointly organised a two-day training programme titled “Strategic Science Communication Training in OIC Countries: Building Bridges between Scientists and Journalists for Knowledge Advancement in Bangladesh” on 15–16 April 2026 at the IUT. This 2-day training programme provided a comprehensive understanding of science communication tailored to the unique context of Bangladesh. This course covered the fundamentals of science communication and provided practical activities for participants to apply and enhance their communication skills. Each day included a mix of theoretical knowledge, interactive activities, and discussions, ensuring a comprehensive learning experience.
